Symbols
The symbols in Tinderbox Treasures feature imagery from the original tale. Based on their payout tables, we can separate them into three distinct categories. The low-paying group consists of playing-card symbols from Ten to Ace, with the Ace being the most profitable at 50 coins for five of a kind. Next is the high-paying group, represented by several characters from the story. Among these, the soldier is the most valuable, rewarding 250 coins for five on a payline.
Lastly, the special category includes the Wild and Scatter symbols. Wild symbols substitute for any low- or high-paying symbol and come in three varieties—Copper, Silver, and Golden—each occupying more reel positions than the previous. Combinations and Jackpots
Tinderbox Treasures does not feature a progressive jackpot; however, it offers plenty of worthwhile features. The Dog Wild Re-Spin feature is a major aspect of the game, triggered whenever a Copper Wild lands anywhere on the reels during the base game. When this occurs, you receive a re-spin and a Silver Wild symbol that covers two reel positions and doubles your winnings. If the Silver Wild lands fully on the reels, it triggers another re-spin, during which you receive a Gold Wild that occupies three positions and applies a 3x multiplier.
The Tinderbox Prizes mini-game can be activated when you spin three Scatter symbols on the second, third, and fourth reels simultaneously. This transports you to a new screen where you choose one of three doors to open. If you find a tinderbox behind the door, you can receive stacked Scatter symbols, five extra free games, and/or a Wild multiplier increase of up to 5x.
